Which films based on a cartoon/comic/book/original film should not of been/never should be made into a movie?

Well they killed my hero in a movie. Spawn which was my favorite toy for so many years and then one day they mention a movie. I was hoping it would be like batman begins and be amazing since it had so much potential but instead they made it pg-13 and made it terrible. This was before batman begins but still had hoped it would have that kind of serious tone.
