Some people say, that the trouble with large parts of the African American community today, is....?

that they tend to admire a violent thug (Malcolm X) more than a peace-loving Christian man (Martin Luther King Jr.). In the black comedy, the Fresh Prince of Bel-air, what was Will Smith doing with a poster of Malcolm X in his room? What sort of message is this sending out? The man was effectively a black supremacist. Malcolm X may have looked better than MLK to most people (tall, cool specs and a natural red tinge to his hair (the man was not even black, he was of Scottish ancestry hence the hair colour)), but the message he was sending was all wrong, surely. What are your thoughts?
