Long board questions?????/????

I just bought a longboard and was cleaning all the dirt off of it when i saw some dirt in my bushings. I took the truck off and cleaned the bushings and then remembered that sometimes graphite powder is used to lube bushings(only in the contact spot/pivot cup) Do you think that i accidentally wiped away the graphite powder from my bushings? If so, do i need to put more on? where do i get graphite powder? how much should i put on? also, whats your review on the ProTec B2 Skate Helmet - White?
