I just had internet hooked up by cox. I can get my yahoo e-mails,but I can't send, reply, forward, delete.

I can't email send delete reply compose or forward any thing. I get my e-mail but thats all. Comes up with runtime error and some times give me error saying prohibits running ActieX. what is my problem
