Can I Receive Benefits In Two Diff. States?

I'm 19 I got my own place in St. Louis but I never switched over my Driver's license to Missouri. My mail goes to my moms address in Illinois and I recently got prego. am now 10 wk. I wanted to keep using my same obgyn so i had to use my moms address, same with WIC, and now I want the Link card i make 25,000 a year. Will I be able to use my St. Louis address for the link card or will the states find that i'm using 2 diff. addresses and cancel or make me choose?
