Best pokemon team to take on the Pokemon League (Without Legendarys or Pseudo-Legendairys)?

I cant tell you specific pokemon but you do need ice pokemon for the end a fire type a water and gr type and some pokemon that can learn ground/rock moves and pyshic pyshic is recommended since it helps wipe out 2/4 of the elite four and for the master ice type pokemon with ice type moves is enough plus an electric type.
