Awkward immature flirting moments in cl with a guy...(guys opinions prefered)?

so there is this kid in my cl (not specifying deal with it) drop dead gorgeous emo boy of my dreams......he's a year younger than me almost and has wierd flirting tactics......ok so dead giveaways he acts immature around me,he always talks to me ALWAYS asks me about music alot, asked me to take him to the green day concert instead of me ybrother and mysteriously started loving green day after i said i loved them....but really no other like obvious signs no winks or physical contact with my last boyfriend there was like a wink in the flirting not just this 9th grade crap so the information on flirting form back then is dusty help me out here im in eleventh grade not 9th! i wish he would grow up and grow a pair because i wouldn't mind going out with him so help me here guys opinions are prefered.... is he really flirting or just acting like a d*ck i'm never this confused ugh i hate high school boys.....
