Can't find song- title or artist 1989 "when u feel the magic in my hands when I hold & love u the right way"

I have this on an old cette made for me by a nightclub sound engineer back in 1990. Tape is almost unlistenable due to age. Trying to recreate the tape with all mp3s. I think this would be called old school. Other artists on the tape include MC Hammer, Bel Biv Devoe, Poison, Young MC, Michel'le, Salt n Pepa, En Vogue. Anybody recognize it?
