Something inside airvent of my car?

I have an 08 Tahoe and when i turn the air conditioning on i here loud annoying clanking inside. sounds something like a small bug, rock or leaf stuck in one of my vents. i cant get it to go away, ive tried closing all the vents but that one to blow it out but it wont come out. anyone know what i can do?
