Unborn child, might have Down Syndome?

My aunt is pregnant and she got bloodwork done and it said that her baby will be born with Downs.. She does not know whether to keep the baby or not. I am telling her that she should keep it (I'm pro life) but she still isn't sure, it is ultimately up to her. What would you do in her situation?
