Neighbor theating me called landlord called cops now what?

My neighbor has made it clear she wants to drive me from my home, which is a duplex and shes on the other side of my wall. Noise, minor car damage, theft and now threats of physical violence, and her huge boyfriend has joined into the threats. I thought things were getting better but last night her boyfriend came very close to beating me. I went inside b4 I could be hurt and called the police. Ive been trying for several months to get my landlords help, they said call the cops, when i did the cops said call the landlord. What can I do?
