deepra, i am sorry for your situation, sadly i am in the same position as your neighbour as i have a crying baby next door & i work nights,thats what babys do! i live with it. Neighbours are supposed to help each other not attack ea/ot, Try speaking to your GP about your sons tantrums or a child psycologist to try to understand why he gets into these situations & try to work a way to avoid what ever triggers it off. best of luck a neighbour elsewhere.
