Eye Makeup question- brow bone- like celebrities do?

yes they use normal eyeshadow probably the exact same things we use its just they know how to put it on=) you need to determine what shades you want to put on by what you are wearing that day. usually you should put your lightest color from the eyelid up to the brow bone (or the eyebrow for a dramatic look) and then put your medium shade directly on the eyelid, and lastly put the darkest shade on the crease and outer edge of the eye. yes there are kits where it is already set MAX makeup usually has these. Yeah there are mineral eyeshadows you might just end up paying more for these though, BareMinerals makeup works good and doesnt crease in the eyelid. Good Luck=)
